SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available within the United States. Any optional expedited shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Processing time and estimated delivery timing are shown on the relevant product page or at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking details by email.
Pre-order items are not ready for immediate dispatch. The expected dispatch timing will be shown on the product page before purchase.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact contact@bysavri.com within 7 days. We will help you file a claim with the carrier.
If your package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it at the customer's cost.
