START A RETURN
To request a return, email contact@bysavri.com within 14 days after your order is delivered.
Your request must be submitted by the original purchaser. Please include:
- Your order number
- The name used for the order
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photographs where relevant
Please do not send anything back before your return has been approved. We will provide the return address and return instructions after approval.
Items must be unused and unworn, with their tags attached and original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
