By visiting bysavri.com, joining our waitlist, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your device, display settings, or lighting. Product photographs, prototypes, renderings, and other visual materials are for illustration and may not show every final production detail.
We may change, update, discontinue, or limit products, descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time. We do not guarantee that a product will be available at a particular time or in a particular location.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation or dispatch-confirmation email, as applicable. An automated order-receipt email does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order at any time before dispatch where we reasonably believe there is an error in price or product information, suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, a payment issue, a shipping restriction, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s) to the original payment method.
PRICING, PAYMENT, TAXES, AND DUTIES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page where possible. We may change prices, offers, or availability at any time before an order is placed.

If import duties, taxes, or other delivery-related charges are not collected at checkout, you are responsible for paying them where applicable. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by a refusal to pay such charges.
PRE-ORDERS
Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order products are not ready for immediate dispatch. Before you place a pre-order, the relevant product page will state the expected dispatch timing. This timing is an estimate and may change if production, quality control, freight, or other circumstances require it.
Payment may be collected in full when you place a pre-order. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting contact@bysavri.com. If we cannot dispatch your pre-order within 30 days after the latest dispatch date stated at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund.
SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and manufacturing-defect claims are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website, including the SAVRI name, logos, trademarks, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, text, graphics, illustrations, software, site design, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SAVRI and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, sell, license, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit our content or intellectual property without our prior written permission.
USER CONTENT, FEEDBACK, AND REVIEWS

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and other offers may have separate terms. We may change, suspend, or end a promotion at any time where permitted by law. Promotions cannot be combined unless we clearly state otherwise, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold.
By joining our waitlist or subscribing to marketing communications, you agree that we may send you promotional emails in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent where necessary.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
Where permitted by law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in another court where applicable consumer-protection law gives you that right.
